This CRL Custom Standoff Base matches your Custom Cap, and is now available from the Manufacturing Division of CRL. As a result of customer requests for special lengths and finishes of Standoff Products, CRL provides custom fabrication of 1/2" (12 mm), 3/4" (19 mm), 1" (25 mm), 1-1/4" (31 mm), 1-1/2" (37.4 mm), 1-3/4" (44 mm) and 2" (51 mm) standoff base and cap assemblies.

Custom Standoff Bases:
If the overall length of the base is 2" (51 mm) or less, the base will be drilled and tapped all the way through. If over 2" (51 mm), the base will be drilled and tapped at a depth of 1" (25.4 mm) on each end.
The thread sizes for Custom Caps and Bases are:
For less than 3/4" (19 mm) diameter, drill and tap for 10-24 screw thread.
For 3/4" (19 mm) to less than 1-1/4" (32 mm) diameter, drill and tap for 1/4"-20 screw thread.
For 1-1/4" (32 mm) to less than 1-1/2" (38 mm) diameter, drill and tap for 5/16"-18 screw thread.
For 1-1/2" (38 mm) diameter or greater, drill and tap for 3/8"-16 screw thread.
