This unique CRL Beretta Floor Closer is small and compact, only 4-5/16" (110 mm) in diameter by 1-3/8" (35 mm) tall, but can handle a door up to 35-1/2" (902 mm) wide by 94-1/2" (2.40 m) tall with a maximum weight of 176 lbs. (80 kg).

It has been tested to 250,000 cycles and is all mechanical, not hydraulic, with a hold open feature at 90 degrees. It works with any of our Door Rails or Patch Fittings that accept a tapered spindle. Installs easily into existing concrete floors. Installation accessories are available.
