CRL Satin Anodized 72" Security Anti-Lift Track Assembly - S710A72
CRL supplies Security Anti-Lift Aluminum Extrusions for the fabrication of Sliding Track Assemblies used in display showcases. They incorporate a design that prevents lift-out, an extra measure of security when used with typical Upper Channel and Ratchet or Plunger Type Locks. You can use them with 3/16" to 1/4" (5 to 6 mm) thick glass, and they are no more difficult to install than normal, less secure track assemblies.

For your convenience, CRL has provided ready-to-install Security Track Assemblies in pre-cut lengths of 36", 48", and 72" (914 mm, 1.22 m, and 1.83 m). These assemblies reduce your labor, minimize excess material, and are shipped to you ready-to-install, with all the required components included. CRL Cat. No. TA30 End Caps for use with Cat. No. S710A Security H-Bar can be ordered separately.
How it Works: The Security H-Bar can only be installed on the Security Lower Rails by tilting the sliding panel at a 70 degree angle, lifting the Ball Bearing Wheel Assembly on to the Lower Rail, then pushing the sliding panel to a full 90 degrees vertical. This must be done before you mount the Upper Double Channel permanently in the opening.
The Result: The bottom of the Security H-Bar is shaped so that it cannot be lifted off the specially designed Lower Rails and into the Upper Channel once it has been permanently mounted. This is the basis of this simple, yet effective design.
General Glass Cutting Guidelines:
Glass Height = Opening Height
Minus 1-3/8" (35 mm)
