CRL SPS Extended Support Assembly - 90TSX1
The SPS Extended Support Assembly is used when the mounting substrate is as far as 40" (1.02 m) from the top of the SPS Overhead Track. Each set consists of a steel Upper Mounting Bracket, an aluminum Lower Mounting Bracket, two 1/2"-13 x 40" (1.02 m) long Suspension Rods, a 3/8"-16 x 1-1/4" (31.7 mm) Track Mounting Bolt, nine 1/2"-13 Hex Nuts, nine Flat Washers, and five Lock Washers.

The Upper Mounting Bracket requires a single fastener (not supplied) to attach it to the substrate, or if mounting to steel, it can be welded. It can also be eliminated by attaching Suspension Rods directly to the steel substrate. Consult a structural engineer for recommendations.
NOTE: When mounting substrate is over 6" (152 mm) from the top of the SPS Overhead Track, CRL Cat. No. 90TSA1 Angled Support Assemblies must be used to stabilize the entire SPS Overhead Track.
